What landlords ask
Is Najato really free?
Yes. Najato is free forever for up to 3 active leases, with every feature and no credit card. Each additional active lease costs $2.49 per month excluding VAT, and yearly billing gives you 2 months free.
Are the lease templates compliant with Czech law?
The lease templates are prepared for the Czech market under the Czech Civil Code and are pre-filled from your property and tenant data. You can always upload your own lease instead.
How does automatic payment matching work?
Upload a bank statement or have payment notices forwarded to your Najato inbox. Payments are matched to rent schedules and their status updates automatically.
What will my tenant see?
Your tenant gets a portal with the lease, QR payments, utility bills and monthly consumption. They only see what you share, and only for the duration of their lease.
Where is my data and how is it protected?
The database runs in the EU (Amsterdam). Leases, documents and signatures are encrypted, every file has its own key and every download is logged. A data processing agreement is included.
